cancellation conditions
If you make a binding reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information about the down payment and more. The remaining payment is made in advance by bank transfer, on site in cash or by card.
Cancellation conditions valid for2023/24
- 100% free cancellation until 30 days before arrival
- 30 % cancellation fee from 30 days before booked arrival
- 70% cancellation fee from 14 days before arrival
- 90% cancellation fee on the day of arrival
