What you should know about your apart-hotel Bergtraum

Arrival and departure

The rooms are available for check-in from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Check-out on departure is until 10:00 a.m.

Late check-in and early arrival are possible – please contact us.

Our hotel is right in the center of Mühlbach and about 40 minutes from the nearest airport.

The ski and hiking bus stop is opposite our house.

cancellation conditions

Due to the current situation, we have relaxed our cancellation conditions for all directly booked summer holidays 2021.
If necessary, you can postpone or even cancel your holiday free of charge up to 7 days before the planned arrival date.

If an arrival or a stay is not possible due to restrictions caused by the corona virus, a free cancellation or postponement up to 3 days before arrival is possible.

The free reason for cancellation up to 3 days before arrival is:

1. A travel restriction to our region or a ban on leaving your area

2. Your positive corona finding (separation notice from your authority)

3. official closure of our company

For all other reasons for cancellation or early departure, our usual contractual provisions apply.

To avoid inconvenience in the event of cancellation, we recommend travel insurance: hotel.europaeische.at

In and around the hotel

Your hotel in Mühlbach offers you 6 apartments ranging in size from 45 to 60 m², all with a balcony.

Of course you can surf the internet in all rooms with FREE WiFi BERGTRAUM. Please accept the terms, there is no password.

In the basement is our small oasis of well-being with an infrared heat cabin from Physiotherm.
Right next door in the massage room you can look forward to great relaxation and sports massages.

The ski and bike room is also located in the basement.

The comfortable equipment of our house includes a passenger elevator. There are eight free parking spaces in front of the apart-hotel Bergtraum.

child discount

Children up to the age of 4 stay for free at the Apart-Hotel Bergtraum. For children from 5 to 12 years we offer a reduction of 50%, up to 15 years of 20%.

Our breakfast buffet awaits your visit from 7.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. Adults pay €13.50 per day, children up to 10 years €7.50

On request and for a small surcharge, we can serve breakfast in your apartment.

Internet

With us you can surf with free WLAN. Use our internet corner and share your dream holiday with friends.

pets

Pets are always welcome at your hotel in Mühlbach . We charge €10 per day for your dog.
