cancellation conditions
If you make a binding reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information about the down payment and more. The remaining payment is made in advance by bank transfer, on site in cash or by card.
Flexible cancellation conditions valid for 2022/2023:
- 100% free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
- 70% cancellation fee from 14 to 7 days before booked arrival
- 90% cancellation fee from 7 days before arrival
- Rebooking guarantee up to 7 days before arrival depending on availability
